Slightly related is this report showing that gamers get older. But solitaire probably counts as a game too, so the value of such reports should not be overstated.

It's hard to find true statistics about this matter because is purely economic (what age should be target by the vg industry) but I've only seen LOTS OF people who were almost "hardcore gamers" who have turned into pussies (girlfriend, marital life, dedicated only to degrees or work, etc...) and on the other hand, children who are into videogames and teenagers into hardcore gaming which 10 years ago would had been playing other stuff.

No I don't have a wife (neither I would want one because nowadays they all are a bunch of unstable whores) and I don't have beaten any woman, but I've had perfectly correct reasons to do it LoL (being very bad with me without any reason but the opposite, I suppose just for the sake of it because they all are crazily insane in some way).
Whatever would be, whether Women's Liberation, "modern" education, hormones in diet, women in the labour market or just they've get out of the kitchen but in most of cases it's perfectly clear they can't put up with being so independent without turning mentally sick.
