I've been playing the game. About 20 hours in. I enjoy it a lot, much more so than FO3. I've noticed the limited dialogue options and it's probably the only noticeable downgrade from the other installments, although charisma is still a useful perk to have. I think the game is too fun and improved to give a 4/10 solely due to the limited dialogue. Solid 8/8.5 to me so far and I've barely scratched the surface in terms of content.

A boring and frustrating game, nothing like Fo3/NV....such a chore to play this game, i have to force myself to play it.....my only aim in life now is to finish this game and be forever free

Yep, if they could've condensed this into a 45-50hr experience, it's would've been heaps better, especially as there's respawns so you end up killing the same twats 2-4 times, lol.
A great open world let down by a tedious level up system+other problems.
