About two weeks Ago I bought this game for the PSP because I have nothing better to do with my time... I must say, it doesn't Suck that bad, but it still Sucks...
Graphics: The graphics are Awsome, really, for a Handheld I was impressed, still Toni Looks like he was hit by an Ugly stick, but thats okay, his Ugly makes up for how much of a bitch he is. The Cars look okay, the buildings are nice looking, but heres where they fucked up. The people... They look like they just got dumped in a Barrel of Retards with swords.
Sounds: The Sounds are actually pretty good, except for weapon sounds, some of the weapons sound like I just pored pop rocks down my throat... Voice overs Are nice, but just like Grand Theft Auto 3, they have songs that you'll probably never hear in the real world... Its okay, but its all Generic pop shit...
Game Play: Okay this is where the Game starts to suck Sweaty Nuts. The Controls on this game just suck. changing weapons is hard as shit when you are in a panic of almost being killed, and looking behind you is hard as hell because its on the D Pad which is right next to your Joy Stick, and unless you Evolve to a third Hand, you'll never be able to control this game the right way... But what really sucks is trying to drive with this shit, its nearly impossible to do a Drive By and not crash because you must use the D Pad once more and you can't steer now because that cuts off your fucking control with the Joy stick... Apart from that it plays like Vice City with a little bit of San Andreas.
Story: GTA:LCS is a follow up to the Events of GTA 3 which means your back in liberty city, which also means that the Game designers were to lazy to get off their fat asses and make a new City, but thats okay, the game still has an interesting story. Toni Ciprini is a Mafia kind of figure who is a pure "Bitch".He talks like one, and he acts like one. He is no Tommy Verceti, sorry Tommy Fans, but he may look sorta like him, but he is nothing like him. So Toni gets off a Bus and talks to a Leone prick who gives him his job back. After Switching your Cloths to a suit you have to work for another prick who treats you like shit and guess what Toni Takes it like a Fag takes a dick, nice and hard and he doesn't do a damn thing about it... From there on the Story starts to suck, you have to do crappy ass Races, help a man who owns a strip club, take pictures of this one dude, cut another dude up... So on and so forth, its a never Ending Cycle.
Get the Game if you want, its not as bad as I make it out to be, but I'm still not going to be the nice guy and give it more then a 5/10...

When the game was released and I saw screenshots of the game I thought it would be like, an awesome game with gameplay and features like Sanandreas in a GTA III map with a new story and protagonist. When I downloaded and played the game, I was very upset to see that it was not at all what I was expecting. The game is made with GTA Vice city's engine but with very less or no features of vice city. No purchasable properties, no entrance to sex club 7 (although vice city allows us to enter in pole position club and malibu club), etc... Moreover, Toni works for Leone family don but doesn't get any respect from the members, that is, you can't recruit gang members an when you attack them or carjack them, they become hostile to you (where in vice city, Tommy has his own gang and when he hits or carjacks them the don't become hostile to Tommy and Tommy can also recruit them towards the ending of plot). So in many ways, GTA LCS sucks. |
