Can't seem to fine fire rate or how to effect how shroud powers drain. Oh heres the mess of mod I am fooling around with, I am thinking of lowering the 40/60/90 I have for fodder/officers and SS troopers /SS officers and halving the players hit points. Other changes heavy trooper have 50HP a weak spot, with mire and a upgraded MP40/43 they die quick enough, Sniffers,scribes and elite troopers have double HP or more, projectiles are faster. Most upgrades are reduced by half or 200-300, clip upgrades for the MP40 and karl98 double ammo max or more, you start with 6 grenade max that's upgradeable to 9 and 12. made the scope o the karl98 longer.
