I got to a place in Deus Ex when the game became like to skip frames and it's permanent now. Some kind of conflict with the CPU because of being designed for much less powerful ones.

I'm still on the first level, and I'm saving it every 2 minutes.
The game is pretty good, but I'm sure it has a really steep learning curve
