I just started Witcher 3. After a couple hours I agree with reviews complaining about the ass controls. I'm using a controller and it's still not very precise. But overall it deserves its high reviews. I'd say controls are about as wonky as Witcher 2 so if that didn't put you off then you should like Witcher 3.
It WILL make your GPU hot enough to cook eggs on it though.

I'm happy-ish to buy a GPU for FO4, and that'll obviously handle W3 as well.
I was thinking to go for a full system when the 16nm come out next yr and also get a 1440p LCD...my never say die LCD is 7.5yrs old, it's a good one, but it's 1200p.
I have a 7950 boost atm....

The controls are ass but I was playing it since launch so I got used to it. Did you try the alternate movement mode in the settings? It was updated in a patch and to me that was a big upgrade.
Anyway, I hate bethesda games. MGS V will be a better game but probably won't get dickridden as hard by critics as FO4

I played Witcher 2 with mouse and keyboard. It feels more comfortable for me with a controller though.
It doesn't matter if your GPU is new or old, it will find a way to use 70-99% of it. I read that the next generation nVidia cards are coming out first quarter next year so I'm waiting for that rather than Fallout 4.

Actually after seeing this guy's video I've changed my mind. The controls feel imprecise but I think he is right that the combat is pretty decent.
Fisrt q would be awesome, but i have a bad feeling it'll be q3

You know they will. Remember how reviewers praised the shitty voice acting of Fallout 3? Yeah, I can already see bullshit like that happening on the horizon. All so they can get their shekels from the hand that feeds them.

I'm not going to buy on day one because of patching, but unless it's universally panned, im in.
Bethesda said they expect fo4 to sell as well as skyrim, so i hope they've spent more money overall and improved everything, which looks like they have.
Amd 390 8 gig will max this mofo hahaha hahaha
