But if you like Skyrim that much, you do yourself a great wrong by skipping Morrowind. Since that game is so much more that Skyrim in terms of content, by not playing it, you basically admit that even Morrowind is undeniably lightyears better as a game, Skyrim is more favorable to you solely because of the graphics. Which in this case means simply because IT CAME OUT LATER IN TIME.
Can you believe how deep you would've fell in love with Morowind if that game was the latter not the other way around?
But hey, if you take my word for it, Morrowind actually destroys Skyrim in EVERY aspect. Yes, even in the graphics department (with the HD mod) simply by providing far better and more interesting scenery and art design. Everything looks better, the enviroment, the architecture, armors, characters, EVERYTHING. The whole game. Not to mention the music which is not that medieval chorus bullshit but moody stuff that sends you on it's waves.
You should take an example of berzerker here. He tried RE4 despite all his prejudice and whaddaya know, he actually pretty damn enjoed it. ...but you know what, you can try Morrowind in secrecy, you don't need to admit that you're having the time of your life, just play it.
By not trying it, you basically sentence yourself to a fitting punishment of living a life without knowing the true pleasure that only these games provide.
Maaan, my dark elf nightblade character with maxed athletics and acrobatics, equipped with the boots of blinding speed leaping from one mushroom top onto another... I never felt so much potential in my character or rich gameplay with it in the latter TES games.
