But back to master's IQ level - I've determined that it's mid 60's. Master is fucked. He's not your average retard, but he's very pretentious, and always tries to cover up his insane smelly life, and despite all the public ridicule (the news papers hated him, his actions forcing them to print shitty stories) and family feuds he is still alive, mostly due to his dogs.
Master managed to keep up a decent reading and writing level during school, so he is smarter than his parents, though he doesn't act like it. His defective anal tract has really, REALLY, kept his sanity in check, though he's more relaxed nowadays because of his dogs.
