At least Bioware is trying. If you payed attention, a lot of stuff that has been asked for was recieved, within reason of course, in the legacy patch. Don't kid yourself either, Vanilla WoW's launch had SOOOOO many bugs it was stupid and pvp was insanely unbalanced. Hello? Fury War with Dual Thunderfuries raping everything in sight in like a half second, or affliction locks mid to the end of the Burning Crusade being nigh-untouchable?
