That's a coincidence, I was just about to step in here.
This is a clear case of parental syndrome. It seems, based on the shreds of information here, that cptn_Pugwash_etc cannot have kids (either because he is impotent or cannot find/pay a wife willing to bear his child, and obviously will not be allowed to adopt one) and vents his frustration onto the closest resemblence of a kid here.
I must admit that my previous advice to mihai (i.e. to treat cptn_Pugwash nicer) may have amplified the behaviour that typically comes with the parental syndrome. So if this is really a case of parental syndrome, then mihai should not be nice, but make it very clear that he rejects and detests cptn_Pugwash (and the clones he created).
This could bring a tremendous emotional shock to cptn_Pugwash, causing him to either kill himself or learn to live with the fact that he will not have kids. As a psychiater, I prefer the latter (but as a human being I prefer the former).

@Mr. halabalobale: you have nothing to worry about, impotent forum member, because if you really want a kid, you can always just abduct one.
