Nope but why is it that early screens of the game made by the producers look so damn perfect, and the actual game is nothing close to them?
Marketing.
I think the game has potential to be 8/10 at most review sites.

Gamespot have given F2 a 7/10.....however, I think this is because the reviewer isn't a big FPSer fan.....he acknowledges it as a good shooter, but seems to want more.....and I guess this is fine, but IMO a 7/10 is verging on very ordinary.
They also gave Stalker Clear Sky 7/10, yet this is a game with the best graphics on the market....now you might say, why are graphics so important?.....because they gave Crysis 9.5....yet take away the graphics and you've got an ordinary shooter that's pretty unoriginal considering it's really Far Cry2.
The members reviews are averaging 8.3.
I should have the game within a few hrs and will play it immediately.

One thing I've noticed is that the artsy fartsy types are usually the one's who review games, and they jump into a masturbating frenzy over crap like Portal, yet seem to snub any FPSer that isn't the latest tech demo.

I much prefer to use Steam and thus dispense with the idea of inserting a DVD into my DVD drive.
I played for about 2hrs and enjoyed it.....no bugs to report, no complications wrt to install etc......it does seem to lock up every so often and go into a fairly sexy motion blur, so I don't really mind, but presumably a driver update will fix that.
I suppose I'll do my usual style of review later on, but if you liked Fear, you should like this, but I should point out that this game doesn't really advance PC gaming in anyway like Far Cry, FEAR and Crysis did, and it's fairly linear, but I don't mind this as the action is good, and I'm not walking around on my own getting lost.
This is what POS Mandate should have been, but not to worry.
I'm maxing every setting at 1920x1200.

I've tried FEAR2 too... the games looks great even on the lowest settings and on the lowest resolution. Does this game have the best graphics ever?
And really Pogma I think you should add to your review system a gameplay section, that's why your FEAR 2 review is so short.
Let me talk about the gameplay myself... you were right that the horror part is overrated... I've played the first 2 missions and the only thing that scared me was at the beginning where you're in the vehicle and the little creepy girl growls at your face in surprise and then the dialogue begins... sorry if I didn't use the correct word with "growl".
But anyway this game is just this... easy difficulty fights + slow motion + horror which is overrated... So this game is basically shooting off hundreds of enemies in a cool manner... if you like that then this game is good for you... but I prefer the realistic combat from Stalker over this.
