Not following what previous posts said, i have to say that...this forum is fucking dead.
I like the few people here but seems there's nothing to talk about. Or when a subject is present it just goes off course in insults and shit. It's not the insults that are the problem, they're nice. It's that EVERY topic ends up on that path.

I'm more a supporter of letting the invisible hand of the forum set the topic of discussion.
Can you, or Berzerker, give an example of a topic which went wildly off topic. It'll give a good starting point.

So far Pogma9 has kept shying away from promising that he would not resort to improper language any more. This makes his pleads for a forum without improper language seem somewhat hollow to me.
I am not against the improper language, mind you (it's not my style, so I try to avoid it myself), but some are good at it and others just aren't.
What would be the problem of letting discussions wander off where they want to go? The only problem is random flaming in the VGS forum, because random flames can make normal discussion impossible, so these should be limited to the free for all forum.

As long as it's not impossible to read, I'm OK with it. But if it's the ramblings of a 4 year old, I an anathema to it.

My attitude is that I like this forum, so I want what's best for it, and whilst we don't need to be as big as a Gaymspot forum, a few more regulars could spice things up a bit, and if that means I have to be a complete gentlemen for a while, I'm cool

That may be just the kind of humour you prefer. I remember seeing a cartoon in a newspaper a few years ago (containing a very absurd form of humour). I ROTFLMAO.
