new here on this site and quite like it........would like to know what are the gaming trends you see in games this year and forward......what exciting games lined up to play this year? personally ding dong prefers rpg style games where you can be engrossed for months. just finished borderlands2 and loved it. a hig leap from 1. not a big fan of strategy....so lets hear it folks!

Location: Why so serious? Seriously, why? It doesn't make sense.
I want a FUCKEN remake of Space Marine, without all the online lag bullshit, and with all of the cut content restored. That game could have been epic. Instead, it is a die hard WH40K fan gem of a game. Still damn fun, but so much wasted potential.
Eternal Crusade might rev this engine back up TO THE MAX, damn good sounding makers that game has.

devs have more freedom in terms of tech power and are loving it,there's a greater focus than ever on crafting stories to be engrossed in but little to nothing going well in terms of environment and art direction-generic manhulk wielding guns.not all doom and gloom as foreseen ,open world open world open world is the order of the next gen,however with the disappointment that was Watch Dosg true next gen (emergent) gameplay where the worlds interact differently and the outcomes are differently is a few years (and directionless publishers & incompetent devs) away.
