is half life 2 a good game? yes it actually is. and if it is why shouldn't we acknowledge it? it's a well made and enjoyable game.
this game happens to be a good one and it has got nothing to do with valve since the game was made by a different company.
if we praised dragon age 2 just because it was made by bioware, the same company that gave us dragon age and baldur's gate, than you might had a point. but that was not the case.
