Gearbox couldn't edit the single player game because BUNGIE WOULDN'T ALLOW THEM. Gearbox didn't include all this in the initial release BECAUSE MICROSHIT WANTED IT OUT BEFORE CHRISTMAS and with all that it probably wouldn't have been out until April.
And you forget to mention the great quality of most of the new fan-made multiplayer maps.
