Well, it took me less, you just pitch fuck the car you are supposed to chase(it's damn easy to figure out) with a machine gun and it will simply explode before it leaves your sight and thoo you won't have to hump in with joe. although i repeated the scene about 6 times so i can see what the characters will say within the dialog when you ran him over instead of killing him in his car $thanks to ign
