This review is pitiful, the game is just great fun.
Yeah, there are lots of load screens, but load times are minor nowadays, even on old PCs. True, the mechanics are flawed, the graphics are not up to par, level design is not great, there are some respawning enemies, armed enemies on the streets all over the place, especially in the later levels, but all of this is more than compensated for by the fun factor.
This game is simply hilarious, ranging from the billboards ("HEY KIDS! YOUR PARENTS ARE GOING TO DIE! MAKE SURE THEY'RE PREPARED WITH INSURANCE FROM Fee Of America"), company names ("nondescript warehouse") and the behaviour of the NPCs (everyone is extremely rude) and most of all the fact that everything is way over the top.
And then I didn't even play as a sicko (I didn't use cats as a silencer, pee on passers-by, etc), if you are into that kind of stuff you might rate this game even higher.
