The dialog does indeed suck in the game. The character interaction is nowhere near the previous games (Fallout and Oblivion). I think they either got lazy or are giving in to "streamlining" too much.
And the User Interface definitely is the worst thing I have ever used.
AND the perks system IS retarded because you CANNOT level up alchemy or you end up some kind of underpowered weakling that is only good at cooking.
The interface for the perks also sucks. It is the definition of form over function. Yea it looks pretty and I am sure the person who came up with the idea thought he or she was soooo brilliant but it does not work well.
