Not quite grown up apparently, this is the old Suislide again.
And no, this person currently known here as master, formerly as captain pugwash, is not retarded, he is just mentally challenged. His background / history (victim of sexual abuse, grown up below the lowest social class, despised by sewer cleaners and mexicans) does not help either.
