The 2 weapon limit forces you to be tactical about which guns you carry with you. It makes them tools that have to be wielded judiciously rather than things you carry with you in unlimited supply all the time. I like that tactical element. It enhances the game.
Plus, it is more realistic to only carry 2 guns, which is a nice bonus. Where the hell does Gordon Freeman keep his guns when he's not using them? Does he shove them up his big gaping asshole? |
