Re: EA CEO RESIGNS! (Score: 0) by Anonymous on Monday, March 25 @ 04:49:37 EDT | Spot on, zach. Expect EA's fine tradition of raping promising studios and IPs to continue. People love to bitch about Riccitello, but the fact remains that most of the damage was done under the reign of his predecessor, Larry Probst. Under Probst we saw the spectacular rise and and horrible fall of Origin (the studio, not that ass-raping, faggot-assed online service that bears its name), the rape and pillage of Westwood Studios, and the death of Bullfrog Productions.
Let's all be honest, here. Riccitello didn't leave because he was a rapist, he left because he wasn't enough of a rapist. His legacy, while horrible, pales in comparison to Probst. |
