(User Info | Send a Message) | The "be rescued by team-mates" thing isn't new, I've at least seen it in Star Wars Republic Commando.
It's another consolistic feature so casual players don't get frustrated by sucking hard and dying all the time. |

(User Info | Send a Message) | I don't really agree with a few of the comments you made (about the buddy saving you being cool or the gun jamming thing). But ultimately you are correct in stating that this game is boring.
It's like if in Far cry 1 they just put you on an island with no trees and no enemies or vehicles and all you did was walk around the island aimlessly. Now take away the mountains and make the island flat, and take away the stunning water and put a desert, replace the bright green colours with dark brown colors. That's essentially what Far Cry 2 is to me. Just one man trying to get out of the game because if he wanders around aimlessly for one more second he's going to lose his fucking mind. |
